whatsapp_business_messaging
Purpose: Send automated sales and customer service messages to customers via WhatsApp.
How we use this permission:
- Customer inquiries: When a customer messages our WhatsApp bot, we use AI to understand their request and respond with relevant product information, pricing, and availability.
- Order confirmations: After a customer places an order, we send confirmation messages with order details, payment instructions, and delivery information.
- Order updates: We send messages when order status changes (processing, shipped, delivered).
- Customer support: We respond to customer questions about products, returns, and general inquiries.
Message types:
- Text messages for conversational commerce
- Template messages for order confirmations and updates
- Interactive responses for product browsing
Example conversation:
Customer: "Halo, mau beli voucher dong"
Bot: "Halo Kak! ๐ Voucher yang ready: ๐ซ Voucher 1,5GB 3 Hari โ Rp 8.500. Mau yang mana?"
Customer: "yang 3GB, 3 biji"
Bot: "Oke! Jadi 3 ร Rp 14.000 = Rp 42.000. Mau bayar pakai apa? ๐ต Tunai / ๐ฆ Transfer"

Purpose: Manage WhatsApp Business account settings, message templates, and onboarding for business clients.
How we use this permission:
- Create message templates: We create approved message templates for order confirmations, welcome messages, and promotional campaigns on behalf of business clients.
- Manage templates: We update, delete, and monitor the approval status of message templates.
- Business onboarding: When onboarding new business clients to our platform, we configure their WhatsApp Business API integration.
- Webhook management: We set up and manage webhook endpoints to receive incoming messages.
