Washopp provides AI-powered sales automation tools, including but not limited to:

• WhatsApp-based AI chatbots for sales and customer service
• Order processing and invoice generation
• Integration with business systems (POS, inventory, e-commerce)
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or to sell prohibited items
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. WhatsApp Compliance

Our service operates in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy. Users must also comply with these policies. Accounts violating WhatsApp's policies may be suspended.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the service (including AI models, software, and documentation) are and will remain the exclusive property of Washopp and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Washopp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makassar, Indonesia.
