How to Delete Your Data

If you have interacted with a Washopp-powered WhatsApp bot and want your data deleted, you can request deletion in any of the following ways:

Option 1: Message the Bot

Send a message to the WhatsApp bot you interacted with and type:

The bot will process your request and confirm deletion within 24 hours.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@washopp.com with:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• The business name you interacted with

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

Option 3: Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, you can request deletion through your Facebook settings:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find "Washopp" in your active apps
• Click Remove and select "Delete all posts, videos, or events"

What Data We Delete

• Your conversation history with our AI bots
• Saved delivery addresses
• Customer profile data (name, phone number)
• Order history associated with your account
• Any analytics or usage data

Confirmation

After processing your request, we will send a confirmation with a deletion code. You can verify your data has been deleted by contacting us at privacy@washopp.com with your confirmation code.
